Purchases through Paddle

For a Paddle purchase, the Paddle entity identified at checkout is your seller. Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms, together with your mandatory statutory rights.

To withdraw or request a refund, use the links in your purchase confirmation or contact Paddle buyer support, where you can also manage your subscription. A technical support request to JCH Technologies does not automatically replace cancellation or withdrawal addressed to the relevant seller.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless a statutory exception applies. The starting point, exceptions and specific notices depend on the contract and information provided at purchase.

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, payment or installation alone does not extinguish the right of withdrawal. Section 356(5) and (6) of the German Civil Code sets different conditions for services and digital content. For digital content, these include commencement of performance, express consent to early performance, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and contract confirmation. Mandatory remedies for defects and statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

Cancellation ends future renewal under the agreed conditions. Withdrawal reverses a contract where a right of withdrawal exists. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

Purchases through Apple

For Apple purchases, use Apple's procedures, including reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple account's subscription management. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
